Statutory Right
For goods determined to be damaged or faulty, we offer a 30 day returns policy. This covers all physical items sold – including fine art and will be accepted if the refund is requested within this time frame.
Exception may apply if damage or fault is proven to be non-preexisting. We take inventory of all fine art sold – with wear and tear evidenced (if applicable), so be aware of this policy prior to a purchase.
E-tickets are excluded from this policy, as per all non-physical media.
Change of Mind
We offer a standard 14 day ‘cooling off’ period for all online and telephone purchases, with exception to:
- Bespoke / custom-made art, commissioned or otherwise; and
- All e-ticket sales.
No refund can be guaranteed for any change of mind request made outside of this 14-day window., or for any purchase made in-person.
