Your Application
For your application, please include the exhibition name in the subject line of your email.
Our team of experienced curators will review your submission. If successful, we will send an email with further instructions.
Fees and Benefits
Submission is free. There is, however, a small fee* to secure your place. This is to ensure your full access to all benefits that will be available to you leading up to, during and after the exhibition. Our support package throughout this journey will be smooth and exciting, from initial submission to the end of the exhibition and beyond.
*Once accepted, we will confirm your individual fee, which will depend on the size and number of artworks submitted. The price of your work is not a factor in this fee.
Benefits Included in Your Fee
- Administration support Full support for artists via email, text, and mobile in an emergency throughout the whole process.
- An online exhibition catalogue An online catalogue featuring all of the exhibiting artists will be available for all artists. A link will be sent to each artist after the exhibition.
- Graphic design support We will do our best to help you with any graphic design work that you may encounter during your experience; where we cannot, we will ensure that you get the best outside support.
- All curatorial work The exhibition will be curated to the highest standard by our curatorial team, who have more than two decades of experience.
- Introduction of your artwork to art collectors and critics Due to our team’s years of experience in the art world and exhibiting and selling artwork worldwide, our contacts are too numerous to list, and we’ll open that list up to all artists exhibiting with us.
- Champagne* and canapés at the private view* We will supply free champagne (or similar) and fantastic canapés prepared by our own resident Central London-trained Head Chef, Kremena, at the private view (there will be a limited supply, so please ensure to arrive early to avoid missing out!)
- Hostess, security, and bar staff at the private view For your ease and pleasure, we will have staff on hand to serve you drinks at the bar and waiting staff walking around with the canapés for you and your guests to enjoy.
- Professional photographer at the opening night All exhibiting artists will have access to the images from the private view via an online link.
- Invigilation for the duration of the exhibition The exhibition will be open to the public at the listed times, and we will have team members looking after your artwork and making sure that it is not only available to view but safe.
- Full insurance for your artwork while on the premises All artworks will be covered by our gallery insurance (if your work is of particularly high value, please speak to us at least fourteen days before the exhibition, and we can discuss additional support).
